Eligibility

If the studio never worked for you and support could not fix it within 48 hours of purchase, you get a full refund.

Once generations have been made on a membership, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

Write to support from your registered email with your order details within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please contact support before raising a chargeback; disputed accounts are suspended while the dispute is open.
